The inspector attends
A qualified inspector assesses the vehicle on site: body, mechanical, tyres, underbody and a road test where possible.
You receive the report
Reports are completed within 24 hours. Review the findings, then speak directly with the inspector.
A report you can make a decision with
Clear condition ratings, detailed photographs, identified concerns and direct inspector feedback. Below is an actual report from a 2022 Ford Ranger Wildtrak we inspected; every photo was taken by the inspector on site.

The takeaway: the vehicle presents and drives well overall. Budget for two rear tyres, and factor the missing service history into your negotiation.

The listing only tells you one side of the story
From the same Ranger inspection above. Every finding is photographed, graded and explained in plain language.
Excellent condition, drives perfectly. Always garaged.
Real findings from this report. Two tyres and a missing service history are exactly the kind of detail that changes what a fair price looks like, and many vehicles pass with flying colours.
Wherever the vehicle is, we can inspect it

Pre-purchase car inspections across Australia
Why pre-purchase inspections matter
A used car is one of the largest purchases most Australians make. An independent, photographed condition assessment before money changes hands covers mechanical condition, body and paint, tyres, underbody and a road test where possible: detail a test drive can't reveal.
Mobile car inspections, Australia wide
Our inspectors come to the vehicle, whether it's at a dealership in Melbourne, a driveway in regional NSW or a yard in Perth. Buying privately or through a dealer, we handle the seller and the inspector for you, with reports back within 24 hours.
PPSR search vs physical inspection
A PPSR search checks a vehicle's records: finance owing, write-off and stolen status. A physical inspection assesses the actual condition of the car in front of you. Together they give the full picture. Dealers use VerifiInspect at volume with one account and centralised billing.
Frequently asked questions
What happens after I book?
Our team contacts you, the seller and the inspector and facilitates your inspection as fast as possible, all whilst you get on with your day. No payment is taken until your inspection details and availability are confirmed.
How quickly can the vehicle be inspected?
Reports are completed within 24 hours, subject to seller and inspector availability. Depending on seller response times and location, some inspections can take up to 72 hours from notification.
Can I speak directly with the inspector?
Yes. Once the inspection is complete you'll receive your full inspection report, and you can communicate with the inspector about the vehicle.
What does the inspection cover? Is it mechanical?
A detailed visual and mechanical assessment with photos covering body, interior, exterior, electrical, cooling, exhaust, braking, fuel, steering and suspension, safety, transmission, final drive, chassis and under-structure, plus service history, keys and accessories.
Do you remove any vehicle components?
No. This is a non-invasive inspection: components are assessed without dismantling or removing vehicle parts.
Does the inspection include a road test?
Yes, where possible. The inspector drives the vehicle and records odometer photos before and after, assessing engine performance, transmission shift quality, steering, braking, noises and vibrations. Some sellers or locations don't permit a road test; the report notes this clearly.
Can you inspect vehicles in regional Australia?
Yes. We operate Australia wide across metro and regional areas. Our network of mobile inspectors is one of the largest in the country, so no matter where the car is, we can usually get to it.
Can the seller book the inspection?
Yes. Sellers often book an inspection to support their listing with an independent condition report. Either party can book; we coordinate with everyone involved.
What happens if the vehicle is unavailable?
If the vehicle sells or the seller doesn't respond, we'll let you know straight away. Because no payment is taken until the inspection is confirmed, there's nothing to refund: you can point us at the next vehicle instead.
Does the inspection include a PPSR search?
The inspection is a physical condition assessment. A PPSR search (finance owing, write-off and stolen status) is a separate records check. We can arrange one alongside your inspection so you get the full picture.
How will I receive the report?
As a digital report delivered by email and viewable on any device, with condition ratings, detailed photographs, tyre measurements, road-test outcome and inspector comments.
Do you offer dealer or business accounts?
Yes. Dealers and automotive businesses get one account with centralised booking, consistent reporting and dedicated support. Open a dealer account.
